All information you provide to us is covered by this Privacy Statement. Where CapsNobel is mentioned, this means CapsNobel MKB N.V. in Halsteren and companies affiliated with it, or companies which are part of the CapsNobel network.
CapsNobel respects the privacy of all users of its website and ensures that the personal information you provide is treated confidentially. By using this website you agree to the use of your data as described in this Privacy Statement.
Processing of personal data and purposes
If CapsNobel processes personal data, it does so in compliance with the requirements set by the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG) and the related laws and regulations. By entering your data on this website and sending it to CapsNobel, you give CapsNobel permission to register these data in its database and to use them for its normal business purposes, which also includes occasionally informing you about matters related to the use of this website, its services, and directly related matters. CapsNobel will only make these data available to third parties involved in performing services. To make sure that the request for inspection is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. We request that you black out your passport photo and Citizen Service Number (BSN) in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. CapsNobel will respond to your request as soon as possible, but at the latest within 4 weeks.
Security
CapsNobel takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorised changes. If you have the impression that your data is not properly secured or notice indications of misuse, please contact us at privacy@capsnobel.nl. CapsNobel has taken the following measures to secure your personal data are encrypted at all times when they are sent or received, as well as when they are placed on data carriers. Access to data is guaranteed by physical and administrative access control.
